About Us

Discover Our Journey and Impact

Emmanuel Vulnerable Children Ministry (EVCM) started in 2016 with a heartfelt mission to support vulnerable children in Namasagali sub-county, Kavule village. Inspired by personal experiences and guided by the mentorship of Claudia Borner, our founder saw the urgent need to fill the gaps in care for vulnerable children in Uganda. We began with just four children, focusing on providing education, sustenance, and emotional support.

Over the years, EVCM has grown, now caring for 20 children. What started as a small initiative has become a registered community-based organization with a passionate team of staff and volunteers. Our commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and widows is stronger than ever.
